    6일 관련 업계에 따르면 하반기 채용 규모는 약 25만명 수준으로 지난해 같은 기간과 비교해 크게 감소할 것으로 전망된다. 장기화된 경기 침체의 원인으로 기업들의 채용계획 인원 자체가 줄어들었기 때문.

    실제로 고용노동부에서 발표한 '2019년 상반기 직종별 사업체 노동력조사 결과'를 보면 기업들의 2~3분기(4~9월) 채용계획 인원은 25만1000명으로 1년 전과 비교해 20%(6만3000명)가량 감소했다.

    채용 인력이 줄면서 취업 관련 서류를 사전에 발급받고 면접 및 실기 평가에 집중하는 구직자도 증가하는 추세다. 한국통합민원센터㈜에서 분석한 결과 올해 7월 기준 취업과 관련한 민원서류의 검색 횟수는 지난해와 비교해 최고 4배 이상 급증했다.

    대표적으로 글로벌 기업 등에서 요구하는 범죄경력증명서의 경우 발급·인증은 해당 국가에서만 가능하며, 국가마다 발급 방법이 상이하고 기간도 최대 3개월 이상 걸릴 수 있다. 여기에 해당 서류를 국제적으로 사용하려면 번역 공증 및 외교부, 아포스티유, 대사관 인증 과정까지 개인이 처리해야 하기에 과정이 복잡하고 절차도 까다로워 취준생들의 발목을 잡을 수 있다.

    한국통합민원센터 임정환 차장은 "올해 기업들의 채용계획 인원이 전년과 비교해 줄면서 하반기 공채 시즌 치열한 경쟁이 예상된다"라며 "필수 서류 등은 한국통합민원센터에 맡기고 면접 준비에만 집중하면 시간적, 비용적, 심리적 부담을 줄일 수 있다"고 설명했다.
